			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>The People, Health Equity and Innovation (PHI) Research Group explores ways to level the playing field for marginalized and disadvantaged groups in society, through the innovative use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and social networking tools.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The PHI group designs and implements collaborative, action-oriented research initiatives in three main areas: youth leadership development; multicultural and international health and wellbeing; and the promotion of supportive care for people living with chronic diseases.</strong></p>
